He tactically changed shoes at Artenara, using a grip-focused TNF prototype for the wet first half and a more cushioned prototype for the dry, hot second half. Fueling at 80-90g carbs per hour using Precision Fuel 90g pouches plus sugar water (4g carbs + 1g pink Himalayan salt per 500ml), with Healthspan Elite caffeine gum every two hours.
